At Payverge, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our users. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds for subscription fees and other charges. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
This policy applies to all subscription purchases made through our platform. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
Self-serve paid plans (Operations and AI Growth) start with a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the full service before any charge. Because no payment is taken during the trial, we do not operate a separate money-back guarantee. If you decide Payverge is not right for you, simply cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
After the trial:
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. Once a renewal payment is processed, we cannot issue a refund for that billing period.
To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings, and you will retain access to paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will retain access to paid plan features until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion.
Subscription payments are processed through our secure payment processor. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
Refunds will be credited to the same credit/debit card used for the original purchase.
Payment processing fees charged by our payment processor are non-refundable. Refunds will only include the subscription fee amount, not any associated processing costs.
For disputes regarding customer payments processed through your business:
If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to issues within our control, we may offer pro-rated credits or refunds at our discretion. This does not apply to:
If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued. However, if we terminate your account for reasons other than a Terms of Service violation, we may issue a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
4.3 Good Faith Consideration: We reserve the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances not covered in this policy. All such decisions are at our sole discretion.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard under "Subscription Settings." Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid plan features until the end of your paid period. Access will then be locked after a 72-hour grace period until a new subscription is activated.
When you cancel your subscription:
Accounts without an active subscription retain read-only access to their data. Refund requests do not apply to inactive accounts as no fees are charged. You may reactivate your subscription at any time to regain full access.
If we offer additional paid plugins or add-ons in the future, they will be subject to the same refund policy as outlined above unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
